- For week or « over a week » stays, you should leave your apartment before 10 :00 am.
- For « short breaks », you should leave your apartment before 12 :00 am.
3. Is a departure possible when the reception is closed ? _____________________________________________________
Yes. You just have to contact the reception. We will tell you about the procedure you must follow.
4. Do I have to bring my bed linen and bathroom linen and do I have to clean my apartment ? _____________________________________________________
- For short breaks (from 1 to 6 nights), bed sheets and 2 bathroom linen kits are included, beds are made before your arrival and cleaning is included (excluding kitchen area and washing up).
You can also book additional towel kits if you are more than 2 people.
- For week or « over a week » stays, bed linen is included.
With the "Confort +" Package, you can also have : your beds made on arrival, bathroom linen ready for use in apartments and cleaning carried out at the end of the stay (excluding kitchen area and washing up).
If I want to clean my apartment by myself, do I have to bring my household products ?
You can buy household product kits at the residence’s reception desk.

Baby Kits are available in all residences.
A kit includes :
- Folding cot (NF EN 716 standard) and fitted sheet (for children aged 0 to 2 years),
- Baby chair (for babies aged 6 months and over).

Pets are allowed on site :
- The price is : € 8 / pet / night & € 31 / pet / night,
- You have to present a rabies vaccination certificate,
- Pets must be kept on a lead within the confines of the aparthotel site.
9. Can residences welcome not accompanied minors ? _____________________________________________________
Our Residences do not depend on a Center of holidays and of Leisure activities (decree n°2002-883 May 3rd 2002) and are not authorized to assure collective or individual stays of minors (under the age of 18 ) not accompanied with their legal administrators.
We can refuse the access to the apartment to every minor, under age of 18, not accompanied and proceed to the immediate cancellation of the stay.

Yes. All our apartments are equiped with a television.
This service is free, whatever the length of your stay.
11. How can I meet other vacationers ? _____________________________________________________
We organize cocktail parties once a week within every residence.
Do not hesitate to ask the reception for more details : daytime, schedules and places of each cocktail party.

18. Is a guarantee asked ? _____________________________________________________
The day of your arrival, a responsible person gives you the keys of your apartment, the inventory and ask you to give a 200 € guarantee.
You will find an inventory paper in your apartment (this document lists every item at your disposal in your apartment).
It is important that at your arrival you check the general condition of your apartment, the inventory of the material and the linen and that you mention every defects or every item missing before signing the paper and giving it to the reception.
After inventory you should pay every item broken or deteriorated and you should also pay the eventual fees to renovate the apartment.
After inventory and after giving back the keys, you will get back your guarantee.
19. Are the promotional offers communicated by MER & GOLF accumulative, retroactive and unlimited ? _____________________________________________________
