• Hotel formula for 1 to 29 nights: beds made up and bins emptied every day, towels changed if necessary. Change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. Cleaning every 3 days (excluding kitchen area and crockery, optional at extra cost).

• Residential formula for 4 to 29 nights: beds made on arrival and bathroom linen included. Change of bed linen, towels and cleaning every 7 days (excluding kitchen area, crockery and rubbish bins, optional extra).

• In addition to the cleaning of your flat, we offer a cleaning service on request.

• 1 bath mat, 2 bath sheets and 2 towels are provided during your stay. Additional linen or change of clothes on request at extra cost.

  In case of arrival outside the opening hours of the reception, please contact the aparthotel before your arrival in order to get the keys or the access code.

• Booking conditions

  Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash, credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard), ANCV holiday vouchers.
  • Bank or postal checks are not accepted for payment on the spot as well as for any reservation of stay from 30 days after arrival.

  Security deposit and bond:

  • 1 to 3 nights stay: Credit card imprint
  • Stay from 4 nights to 29 nights: 200 € per apartment to be paid on arrival (by check or credit card) and returnable the day of departure after inventory of fixtures.
  • Stay of 30 nights and more: 1 month of rent collected and refundable the day of departure after inventory of fixtures.

  A compulsory tourist tax to be paid on the spot:

  • Adults from 18 years old (free for children under 18): 1,30 € per day per person (indicative rate in force).
  • For stays of 30 consecutive nights or more, the accommodation is subject to the housing tax applicable for occupancy on January 1st.
