Previous communication (April 13, 2020) :

Dear customer,

Given the government's decision to extend the period of confinement, MER & GOLF APPART-HOTEL is obliged to maintain the closure of its establishments until May 10 2020 inclusive, a date that may be renewed.

Consequently, we are forced, with regret but for the health of all, to postpone your stay.

Above all, we hope that each of you is well.

Rest assured that the safety and health of our clients, employees and partners are our top priorities.

All of our teams spare no effort and are fully mobilized to accompany you as best they can and to be at your service in these exceptional circumstances.

For stays up to and including 10 May, we will send you a credit note in the coming weeks for an amount equivalent to the sums received for your initial stay. It can be used for a booking file made within 18 months from the date of the beginning of the initial stay under the conditions provided for by Order No. 2020-315 of the Ministry of Economy and Finance issued on 25 March 2020 and "relating to the financial conditions for the cancellation of trips and stays in the event of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances or force majeure".

We are aware of the inconvenience caused but we are facing an exceptional situation that requires exceptional measures.

We expect a large number of exchanges over the next few days, so we ask you to contact by email the establishment with which you have booked (see email addresses at the bottom of the page).

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding and we will do our utmost to get back to you as soon as possible.
