• Residential formula 2 to 29 nights : beds made on arrival and towels included. Change of bed linen, towels and cleaning every 6 days (except for the kitchenette, dishes and garbage cans, which are optional and subject to an additional charge).

Nota : A cleaning kit is available at the reception. In addition to the cleaning of your apartment, we offer a paid cleaning service on request.

• Guarantees, rent, obligations
  • The security deposit payable at the signing of the contract:
     - 1 month's rent including VAT collected and refundable 30 days after the date of departure and after inventory of fixtures
     - 1 guarantor undertaking to pay rents and expenses in the event of non-payment
  •  The booking fee of 240€ per accommodation (non refundable).
    - Fees including all taxes payable by the tenant for the visit, the constitution of the file, the drafting of the lease and the completion of the inventory of fixtures on entry
  •  Rental repairs and maintenance of the dwelling, at the expense of the occupant. Information on receipt for companies authorised to intervene
  • Taxes and duties relating to housing. Residential tax for any occupation as of January 1st.

   Payment methods accepted:

  • Bank or postal cheques are not accepted for payments on the spot or for any booking of a stay of 30 days or more before arrival
  • Bank transfer only for stays of 30 consecutive nights or more linked to a rental contract

  Deposit and security deposit :

  • Stay of 2 nights to 29 nights: 250 € per flat to be paid on arrival (by credit card) and returned on the day of departure after inventory of fixtures.
  • Stay of 30 consecutive nights or more: 1 month's rent collected (or 2 months for tenants from outside the European Economic Area), collected by bank transfer only before entering the accommodation and returned within 2 months after the inventory of fixtures.

  In order to establish a rental contract for a period of one month or more, documents, depending on the status of the future tenant, must be provided before the application is accepted: identity document issued by the French administration, work contract or employment certificate, last 3 pay slips, last tax notice, K-Bis extract, pension slips, accountant's certificate, etc.: please contact us.

  You may be eligible for APL housing assistance, which is calculated according to your income and rent (also valid for nationals of the EEA, European Economic Area): www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/F12006

  The APL application must be made when you move into the rental property. In fact, the tenant must have signed the contract in order to submit the application. The APL starts to be paid 2 months after the start date of the tenancy and is not retroactive. It is advisable to start renting before the first day of the first month.

  Mandatory tourist tax to be paid on site:

  • Rate applicable to persons aged 18 and over, in accordance with the current rates set by the municipality. Free for minors under the age of 18.

  • For stays of 30 consecutive nights or more, the accommodation is subject to the housing tax applicable for occupancy on January 1st.
