This complex of 7 small buildings with Andalusian architecture offers an admirable view of the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz guarded by the Fort of Socoa and offers apartments with terrace / loggia all equipped (kitchen, dining area, wifi ...), a swimming pool, private parking and even activities during the summer.
The residence is located 500 m from the sandy beach of Socoa by the banks (footpath) or 700 m by road, 2.5 km from the center of Ciboure and 4 km from that of Saint-Jean -de-Luz.
The shops are at 500m and a weekly market is held at 400m in July / August.

Deposit required to pay on the spot:

- Rate applicable to persons aged 18 and over, in accordance with the current rates set by the municipality. Free for minors under the age of 18.
