This complex of 7 small buildings with Andalusian architecture offers an admirable view of the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz guarded by the Fort of Socoa and offers apartments with terrace / loggia all equipped (kitchen, dining area, wifi ...), a swimming pool, private parking and even activities during the summer.

The residence is located 500 m from the sandy beach of Socoa by the banks (footpath) or 700 m by road, 2.5 km from the center of Ciboure and 4 km from that of Saint-Jean -de-Luz.

The shops are at 500m and a weekly market is held at 400m in July / August.

PLEASE NOTE: From 09 February to 22 March 2024 inclusive, customers will be welcomed at the FORT SOCOA residence (200 m away).

Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 am and 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00
Monday to Friday from 09h00 to 12h00 and from 14h00 to 18h00 (19h00 on Fridays)
Reception is closed on Wednesdays (permanence at the Fort Socoa Residence 200m away).

The reception is closed on Wednesdays throughout the year, permanent presence at the Residence Fort Socoa at 200m.

Accepted payment methods:

- Bank or postal checks are not accepted for payment on site and for any reservation of stay from 30 days of arrival
Deposit required to pay on the spot:
- Deposit of 250 € per apartment, to be paid on arrival (by check or credit card) and returnable on the day of departure after inventory.
Mandatory tourist tax to be paid on site:
- Adults and children from 18 years old (free for children under 18): 1,68 € per day per person (indicative rate).
