Our included services :

• Residential formula from 7 consecutive nights: bed linen included and beds made up on arrival, provision of 1 bath mat per bathroom and/or shower, 2 bath sheets and 2 towels + a maintenance kit during your stay. Additional linen or change and cleaning with supplement.
• Escapade formula from 2 consecutive nights: bed linen included and beds made up on arrival, provision of 1 bath mat per bathroom and/or shower, 2 bath sheets and 2 towels + a maintenance kit during your stay. Additional linen or change of linen at extra charge. Cleaning at the end of your stay (excluding kitchenette, crockery and waste bins). A cleaning fee will be charged according to the state of the accommodation after inventory of fixtures.
• Lending service (subject to availability) of hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, fan (deposit required).
• Wifi access in Basic Access (consultation of messaging and internet access) at the reception desk, in lounges and living rooms (maximum 3 devices at the same time).
• Baby kit (loan. Subject to availability before arrival): 1 folding bed (standard NF EN 716), 1 fitted sheet, 1 high chair. Limited quantities, to reserve in advance. The baby bed installed in the apartment may not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy.
• On-site troubleshooting by a technician as soon as possible during the opening hours of the reception during the week

In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to guarantee you a 100% Zen holiday, we offer you a wide range of services, to be booked online or directly at the reception, including :

• Preferred location (subject to availability): Choose your floor, building, proximity to the pool or 2 units side by side.
• Breakfast: Coffee, tea, bread, butter, pastries, orange juice, cereals and yogurts... what better way to start the day than with a good breakfast
• Towels (extra or change): Never run out of towels...we provide them for you as an extra.
• Cleaning: Don't worry about anything, not even the final cleaning...we do it for you!

  Reception opening hours from september to june

  Saturday from 8.00am to 12.00pm and from 2.00pm to 7.00pm
  Sundays from 9am to 12pm
  Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (19:00 on Friday) 
  The reception is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays afternoons
  A duty service is provided every Wednesday at the Eugenie residence (1.5 km)
  

  Reception opening hours in july and august

  Monday to Friday from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
  Saturday from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 9pm.
  Sunday from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.

• Booking Conditions

  Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash, Chèques vacances vouchers, Credit card (Visa card, Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank or postal checks are not accepted for payment on site and for any reservation of stay from 30 days of arrival

  Deposit required to pay on the spot:

  • Deposit of 250 € per apartment, to be paid on arrival (by check or credit card) and refundable on the day of departure after inventory and inventory.

  Mandatory tourist tax to be paid on site:

  • Adults from 18 years (free for children under 18): 3,60 € per day and per person (indicative price).
