The Mer & Golf Port Argelès residence is located 50 meters from the first shops and restaurants, 300 meters from the large South beach (7 km long) and 700 meters from the Racou beach, while the center of the beach is accessible on foot in 15 minutes via the pedestrian promenade or the bicycle paths at 300 meters.

The residence offers a wide choice of fully equipped apartments (kitchen, dining, TV ...) with terrace or loggia furnished, 3 closed parking spaces and its outdoor swimming pool, paddling pool heated from april to october and solarium of 400m2 will delight the young as well as the large.
The common areas are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (for access to the swimming pool, please contact us). Pets are allowed for an extra charge.
